Isaiah identifies Yahweh as the everlasting God and Creator, calls his understanding unsearchable, and describes him as numbering and naming the heavenly host and giving strength. This answers Israel’s complaint that its way is hidden or its justice disregarded; unsearchable understanding is not converted into an IQ or a separate numerical-infinity claim.
