Paul blesses the Father for choosing and adopting believers through Jesus Christ, describes redemption through Christ’s blood, and says believers are sealed with the promised Holy Spirit as a pledge of their inheritance. These are connected aspects of the addressed believers’ salvation; the passage does not assign identical actions to all three.
