Paul urges the unity of the Spirit and names one body, Spirit, hope, Lord, faith, baptism, and God and Father of all. The Spirit, Lord and Father are distinguished within one appeal to Christian unity. Their inclusion in the list alone neither proves equal deity nor identifies the Spirit as a second god.
